Incheon Airport luggage delivery to Seoul stations

T-Luggage offers luggage delivery between selected Seoul station locations and Incheon Airport. Choose it when collecting your suitcase at the other end fits your trip; if you can return to the same station, storage may be simpler.

The service lists a route between T-Luggage and Incheon Airport Terminal 2 in both directions. These are designated collection points, so you still need to move your bag between the station and your accommodation.

Where luggage delivery saves a return trip

Imagine checking out in Seoul before an evening flight. You could take your suitcase to a participating station counter, leave it for delivery and spend the intervening hours sightseeing. If the offered collection time fits your flight, you would collect the bag at the airport instead of going back to the station.

That change in pickup location is what you are paying for. Luggage delivery can make a day with several stops easier when carrying a large case would limit where you can go. It also means relying on a separate handover: the bag has to be available early enough for you to collect it before your flight procedures.

For an arrival, the journey works in reverse. You take your suitcase to the designated airport drop-off point and later collect it at the chosen station. Think about where that station sits in your arrival plans: a stop that is convenient for a train connection may be less helpful if you are heading directly elsewhere.

Seoul Metropolitan Government's July 2024 announcement listed Seoul Station, Hongik University Station and Myeongdong Station among the service points. This is a historical list, not confirmation that each station offers your particular airport route on your travel date.

Find the right counter inside the station

A station name is only the start of the address. Seoul Station has several entrances and a large interchange, so allow time to find the T-Luggage counter as well as time to reach the station. The Seoul Station center is listed on B1, in the direction from Exit 1 toward Exit 2. B1 means the first basement level.

At Hongik University Station, the listed center is on B1 between Exit 2 and Exit 3. If you are staying around Hongdae, that may make the counter a useful place to investigate. These are examples of listed centers, rather than confirmation of an airport delivery booking.

Before choosing a point, look at the station layout as well as its name. The counter may be some distance from the entrance nearest your accommodation. If you have a heavy case or several bags, consider whether you can move them comfortably through the station. A short distance on a map does not always tell you how much walking is involved inside a large interchange.

Follow the delivery reservation path

On the T-Luggage English site, Delivery Reservation and Store Reservation are separate choices. Start with Delivery Reservation for luggage delivery to another point. The station name, airport terminal and direction of travel all matter: sending a case to the airport and receiving one from the airport are different journeys.

For online registration at a T-Luggage counter, enter the delivery information and pay online first. Check the reservation and payment confirmation in your email. At the information desk, scan the QR code and register the issued QR code, then receive the ticket and label. Leave the suitcase and use the ticket to collect it at the destination. Follow the current booking screen or staff instructions if the process differs.

On-site registration is a separate path. If you plan to arrange luggage delivery at a counter rather than online, check that the service can accept your route and bag before making it the centerpiece of your day. Keep your travel documents, medication and anything else you need during the day with you.

Settle the time and price before paying

Have your date, travel direction, preferred station, airport terminal and suitcase details ready when you check availability. Ask for the exact drop-off and collection locations, the latest accepted drop-off time, and when the bag will be available. For a departure, the pickup time needs to leave enough room for airport travel procedures and your flight.

The posted luggage delivery timing information contains conflicting times, so do not plan around a single published time without confirmation. The English price tables also use inconsistent luggage-size labels. Request the total quote for your actual case and route rather than assuming a category or charge from the table.

Before committing, ask about extra charges, accepted payment methods, restricted items, cancellation, and what happens if a bag is delayed or damaged. Acceptance of internationally issued cards has not been confirmed. If an answer you need for your decision is unclear, wait for clarification before paying.

Keep the confirmation somewhere you can find it during the trip. It is useful to have the destination details alongside the ticket, especially if another person in your group is collecting the suitcase. Ask the operator in advance what the person collecting it needs to present.

When a return to the station makes more sense

Storage follows a different plan. You leave the suitcase in a locker or at a counter, then return to the same place to collect it. You carry it onward yourself. This can be practical if your sightseeing already brings you back through the station and your schedule has room for the stop.

Before choosing luggage delivery, consider the storage choices too. A locker depends on a compartment that fits your case and a process you can complete; a staffed counter gives you a place to ask about storage. Locker fees depend on size and storage conditions. Our Seoul luggage storage comparison explains the distinction between T-Locker and a T-Luggage counter in more detail.

The choice depends on the shape of your day, not just the station on the map. A traveler with a round trip through the same interchange may prefer storage. Someone leaving from a different part of Seoul may find that a return solely to retrieve a bag takes away time they had planned to spend elsewhere.

If the booking does not fit your day

A luggage delivery option may look useful until you see the available collection time. If it is too late for your flight, choose an arrangement that leaves you in control of the suitcase earlier. If your preferred station is unavailable, consider the extra travel involved before switching to another offered point.

If neither delivery nor a return to storage works, carry the suitcase yourself and choose a trip you can manage with it. This takes more effort during transfers or sightseeing, but your bag stays with you. On arrival, you can also go straight to your accommodation with the case rather than arranging a separate collection.

Routes, schedules and charges can change. Confirm the details for your own trip with T-Luggage before paying. Last checked: November 1, 2026.
